Return Conditions:
• You must notify us within 30 days of purchase if your device is defective.
• Upon verification of the defect, we will either replace the entire device or exchange the defective component.
• The product must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from our customer service team prior to returning the device. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed.
